The HQ Score is a free operational maturity assessment built specifically for mid-market companies — operations leaders at companies between $15M and $150M in revenue.
The HQ Score assessment is 30 questions across 10 operational dimensions. It takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. No email address is required to complete the assessment.
- D01 — Process Documentation Coverage: Are your critical operational processes documented in a form that any qualified person could follow independently?
- D02 — Key Person Redundancy: If the most operationally critical person on your team were unavailable tomorrow, what would happen?
- D03 — Vendor Contract Quality: Do your vendor contracts protect your operational and commercial interests at the clause level that determines what happens when something goes wrong?
- D04 — Team Structure Clarity: Does every person on your operations team know, without asking, which decisions fall within their authority to make independently?
