Can I retake the HQ Score assessment?

Yes. There is no limit on HQ Score completions, and no account is required, so you can retake the assessment at any time.

If you are retaking the assessment after making operational changes, answer the questions based on your operation's current state rather than its previous state. This gives you an accurate comparison against your prior results.

If you have previously provided your email address and want your new results sent to you, there is an optional email capture on the results page after each assessment completion.
