How do I subscribe for free?

A free Headroom HQ subscription provides you with access to OFA-02 (Southwest Airlines), OFA-03 (Knight Capital Group), The Operations Leader's AI Evaluation Framework, and Part B of Issue 07 and all subsequent issues, published on a monthly basis.

To subscribe, click the Subscribe or Sign In button in the main navigation menu at theheadroomhq.com, or use the subscribe form on an article, OFA, glossary page or any other website page. Enter your email address and click Subscribe.

You will receive a confirmation with a welcome email with links to all subscriber-exclusive content and instructions for accessing it. Your free subscription also subscribes you to the Headroom HQ newsletter, which publishes on a monthly basis.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, check your spam folder. If you still do not receive it, email us at [email protected] with the email address you used to subscribe.
