What is the difference between the HQ Store and the HQ Vault?

The HQ Store and the HQ Vault serve different purposes and are independent of each other.

The HQ Store contains standalone operational tools — templates, checklists, scorecards, courses, and guides — for specific operational gaps.

Each product is a one-time purchase designed to implement a specific improvement in a specific area of your operation. HQ Store products range from $39 (individual tools) to $349 for multi-tool bundles.

The HQ Vault is a monthly or annual membership that provides access to the full connected Headroom HQ content library — Verdict, Visual Frameworks, the complete Operational Failure Archive, Dimension View, and the HQ Universe Reference Card library.

HQ Vault content is connected across dimensions, companies, characters, and cases, so each piece of content leads to related resources across the archive.

The HQ Store and the HQ Vault are not alternatives — they serve different needs. The HQ Store provides specific implementation tools for identified gaps. The HQ Vault provides the analytical and case-based intelligence that helps you diagnose and prioritize those gaps.
