How does new HQ Vault content get released?

New HQ Vault content releases on the following schedule:

Verdicts and Visual Frameworks publish every month, alongside the corresponding Issue. Each month's release includes one new Verdict and one new Visual Framework.

New Operational Failure Archive entries publish every other month — six new OFA entries per year. 

Selected OFA entries are also released to free subscribers periodically. All new OFA entries are available to Vault members immediately upon release.

HQ Universe Reference Cards are released as new Issues develop the company and character arcs they document. The current archive includes six Company Reference Cards and 18 Character Reference Cards. New cards are added with each new Issue.
