How do I cancel my HQ Vault membership?

You can cancel your HQ Vault membership at any time through your Systeme.io account. 

Log in at Systeme.io with the email address you used when you joined the Vault, navigate to your subscription settings, and follow the cancellation steps.

If you need assistance with the cancellation process, email us at [email protected] with your account email address, and we will help you cancel within 1-2 business days.

You retain full HQ Vault access until the end of your current billing period after cancellation. If you cancel a monthly plan mid-month, your access continues until the end of that month. 

If you cancel an annual plan mid-year, your access continues until the end of the annual period.

Important note for founding members: The founding pricing lock applies only to continuous active memberships. If you cancel the membership and later rejoin, the rejoining rate will be the then-current standard rate, not the founding rate. If you are a founding member considering cancellation, contact us at [email protected] before cancelling — we may be able to help with alternative options.
